I can't find the UCUM abbreviation for "cc" (cubic centimeter)? Must I use "ml"?

No abbreviation for Body Mass Index (km/m2)?

"cc" is sloppy abbreviation. It is not a unit symbol we will add. "cm3" is the right way to say cubic centimeter.

kg/m2 is a proper UCUM unit already now, by way of the composition syntax rules.
